How It Works

Once confirmed, you will receive a Confirmation Email and Text where you can view the Pre-Inspection Agreement and simply check the box as your electronic signature. You have the convenient option to view and pay your invoice online with a credit card, or we do accept cash or check the day of the Inspection.

One of our certified inspectors arrives to inspect your home.
Step 4
You will receive your inspection report the same day via email.

“Where do I even start? Kevin and Nicole came out two days before Christmas, on the coldest day of the year, to inspect what might have been my first home.
They divided and conquered, with Cole doing a first pass through the unheated interior (surprise!) while we walked the outside. Kevin was communicative and thorough, explaining what he was looking for and pointing out when things caught his eye.
When it became clear that the sum total of the issues the Alpha team had had spotted were disqualifying from my perspective, they were kind enough to abort and refund the just-begun radon test (which would have been otherwise been working in vain for the next 48 hrs).
I genuinely appreciated their meticulousness; they patiently went over every detail from the foundation up. From the fairly obvious (“the gas line is locked out”) to the somewhat obscure (“those are pattress plates up there”) they kept me clued in on what they saw, as they saw it.
