Call us at 717-914-1600 and set up an appointment with one of our office staff. We take your information and contact the homeowner or listing agent to confirm that the date/time you chose is suitable.
Once confirmed, you will receive a Confirmation Email and Text where you can view the Pre-Inspection Agreement and simply check the box as your electronic signature. You have the convenient option to view and pay your invoice online with a credit card, or we do accept cash or check the day of the Inspection.

The woman who scheduled our appointment was very detailed and professional and took time to explain to us what was going to be done.
The day of the appointment, Kevin arrived promptly and took the time to explain what was going to happen. I do not have enough words to explain to you the professionalism, and the knowledge this man has. To say that he was thorough is an understatement. He did a full home inspection (radon, water and termite as well) as that is what we asked for. He didn’t just do the inspection, he took plenty of time to educate us in the process.
